Sanctuary Cabernet Sauvignon 2021

A magnificent example of what the Coonawarra has to offer, with a distinctive intensity of both varietal and regional characters melded with a balance and harmony that belies its ability to be enjoyed for many years to come.

Intense dark berries throughout the palate with dark chocolate and plum, fine tannins and lingering acid hold together in perfect balance for an extended lingering finish.

Single Barrel Cabernet Sauvignon 2021

A pure example of the best that Coonawarra has to offer. It has a distinct intensity of both varietal and regional characters melded with a balance and harmony that belies its ability to be enjoyed for many years to come.

The ‘Single Barrel’ Cabernet Sauvignon has alluring aromas of dark blackberry and cassis with distinctive notes of mint, eucalypt and classy cedar oak.

A defined presence on the palate with deep blackcurrants and black fruits. The wine has super fine tannins that hold the palate together; supportive and structured with a youthful fresh fruit finish lingering for an eternity.

Baker’s Run Cabernet Sauvignon 2021

Classic Coonawarra Cabernet, with generous blackberry fruits and an inviting mid palate weight. Lifted aroma of blackberry and forest fruits, cedar oak and hints of mint.

An intense and flavour filled palate of rich blackberry and mulberry fruits complemented with sturdy but well balanced tannins.

Bandits Cabernet Sauvignon 2021

Crimson red with cherry red hueswith blackcurrants and dark plum, overlaid with spice and hint of mocha. Ripe mulberry and plum fruits on the palate, mid-weight and flavour filled with fine tannins holding together a lengthy finish.
